Welcome to The Peach Tree, The Mangal and C21
The following information details our terms and conditions for standard restaurant booking, large parties and events and private hire across the entire venue.
Our Restaurants
Guest policy
Lead booker must be age 18 or above.
A valid contact number and e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking at any of our restaurants.
Guests are asked to arrive at their designated sitting time. Tables will only be held for 15 minutes before being released without further notice. If guests are running late for any reason, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience.
By default, tables are available for up to 2 hours, after which they will be re-booked for a new customer. Please get in touch ahead of your booking if you would like to stay at your table for longer than 2 hours.
Food or drink that is not purchased from the restaurant is not allowed to be consumed in either of our restaurants at any time.
Bookings of 8 guests or more require a deposit of £10 per person.
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in our cafe bar and at the front of The Mangal. They are not permitted in the main Peach Tree restaurant.



Restaurant Cancellation Policy
For tables of 7 or fewer (where a deposit is not requested) We require at least 4 hours notice to cancel, if you need to cancel with less notice please call us as soon as possible.
For tables of 8 or more, a deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking.
Cancel more than 72 hours before the booking and receive a full refund. Cancel between 24 and 72 hours before and deposit is forfeited and no further charge is incured.
Cancel within 24 hours where a pre-order has been placed, deposit is forfeited and the full balance of the meal becomes due.
Cancellations apply to full table bookings and individuals within a group.
Table Allocation
Due to a large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee window tables or specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Allergy Information
Guests should always advise the restaurant of any dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our staff or chefs will advise you on alternative dishes. Whilst every effort is made to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact us before booking to discuss their requirements.

Private Hire of C21, the function room and the private club.
What's Included
Your hire fee includes a dedicated event coordinator, floor and bar staff for the duration of your event, full use of the venue's furniture and equipment, access to the bar, and pre- and post-event cleaning. No hidden extras.

Shorter Hire Periods Hourly hire is available at £50 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Please note this option is not available in C21 between 11pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Ticketed Events For events where 300 or more ticket sales can be guaranteed, we are open to negotiating a reduced or fully waived hire charge depending on the nature of the event. If you intend to charge a door fee, please provide details of your intended pricing, advance sales, walk-in policy and any free entry periods at the time of enquiry. Reserved booths are also available as part of ticketed event packages.
Payment Structure
-
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total hire fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date

The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 14 days before the event

All payments must be cleared before access to the venue is granted

We accept card payment, BACS or cash
Minimum Bar Spend
A minimum bar spend applies to all private hire bookings:
-
Friday & Saturday events - £500 minimum
-
Sunday to Thursday events- £300 minimum
Where bar spend falls below the agreed minimum, the shortfall will be added to the final invoice.



3. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
-
Cancel more than 14 days before the event - 30% deposit is forfeited, balance refunded in full
-
Cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before the event - 30% deposit is forfeited, 50% of the remaining balance is due
-
Cancel within 48 hours of the event - no refund. 100% of the total hire fee is due
-
Where the cancellation fee exceeds payments already made, the outstanding balance will be invoiced within 7 days
-
The Club reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns, extreme weather or licensing issues. In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full.
4. GUEST CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY
4.1 Behaviour
The Client is responsible for the behaviour of all guests.
Aggressive, abusive, or dangerous conduct may result in immediate termination of the event.
4.2 Damage

Any damage to the Club, equipment, or furnishings caused by the Client or their guests must be paid for in full.
4.3 Capacity
The agreed maximum capacity must not be exceeded for safety and licensing reasons.
5. ALCOHOL, FOOD & DRINK
5.1 Alcohol Licensing
No alcohol may be sold or supplied by the Client.
The Club operates under strict licensing regulations.
Over 18's only - The challenge 25 policy applies.
5.2 External Catering
Bringing your own food or drink is not permitted, professional external catering companies may be used, their appropriate certifications may be required. This will incur a £100 service fee.
5.3 Bar Services
Where the Club provides bar services:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated.

Valid ID must be shown on request.

Our licence permits the sale of alcohol until 3.30am.

Between the hours of 7pm and 10pm all persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-
After 10pm all persons under the age of 18 must vacate the premises.

6. ENTERTAINMENT & NOISE
6.1 Music & DJs

All entertainment must be pre-approved.
-
Volume levels must comply with local noise regulations and instructions from Club staff.

Clients must not enter the DJ box or any area designated to staff.
6.2 Live Performers
Live performers must hold appropriate licences and public liability insurance if required.
7. HEALTH & SAFETY
7.1 Fire Safety
All guests must comply with fire evacuation procedures. Exits must not be blocked at any time.
7.2 Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted unless agreed:

Candles or open flames

Indoor Fireworks
-
Smoke machines (unless approved)

Foam machines
-
Bubble Machines
-
Cigarettes/Vapes
7.3 First Aid
The Club will have a basic first-aid kit on site, but guests attend at their own risk.



8. LIABILITY

The Club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

The Client accepts full responsibility for their guests during the hire period.
-
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing:

The Club may use images/videos from events for marketing and social media.
-
If you do not wish to feature on our social media, please make the venue aware in advance.
10. DATA PROTECTION
All personal data provided by the Client will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for booking and communication purposes.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland], and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
